Introduction

"Great Gale LLC " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from Great Gale LLC and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date in the form of store credit, where applicable.


Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, via store credit, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting euwarnii@greatgale.com
  2. Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  3. Hard goods must be returned to Great Gale LLC immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting euwarnii@greatgale.com as directed in step 1.
  4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Great Gale LLC sole, reasonable discretion, on a case by case basis.
 

Non-returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on www.greatgale.com
  • All Graphic Design services: Logo, Business Cards, T-Shirts, etc.
  • Digital Items: BOLDSAGA Ebooks
 

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting euwarnii@greatgale.com
  2. Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. 
    Refund will potentially be made available in the form of store credit.
